Mosher Medical is currently seeking a full time Associate Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Greater Cleveland, OH area!

Job Description:

• The jobs mission is to educate and prepare qualified candidates for orthopedic sales representative territory responsibilities. This is achieved through rapid product training, testing and surgeon interactions via operating room exposure along with sales calls/tactics with the mentorship of a Senior Orthopedic Sales Representative.

• The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. A competitive nature will be key to attaining and exceeding training benchmarks on a consistent basis.

• Regular reporting to and collaborating with Sales Managers on training development, field experience, and product knowledge will be crucial to earning a territory. The candidate will participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

• The candidate will support compliance and the principles of responsibility (Advamed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting noncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company policies and procedures.

This position requires the following:

• 4-Year Bachelors Degree
• 1-3 years selling experience required, medical device experience preferred
• Must be comfortable in operating room environment
• Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access
• Positive attitude and team player approach
• Friendly and professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
